We have known definition of terms of disaster, natural hazard, disaster risk, risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis. And I have known risk assessment especially hazard as sessment and Cost-Benefit Analysis in Korea. The result of the Cost-Benefit Analysis is that the average is 0.47%, the effective year to using the budget of protecting damages is in 2007 from 2003 to 2007.
